Back in September we decided on the house we wanted. We then started down the process of tenders etc. After two months wait we have our offical HIA contract with plans. I'm quite excited and I feel like we are moving forward.
The contract is now with our solicitors for review and the bank is doing their valuation before final loan approval :).
We are hoping to sign by the end of the week, then we will be able to move onto the process of colours - YAY!!!
